These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Brands Meet Creators website, apps, and services. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Using the platform

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Hires, payments, and escrow

Brands hire creators for agreed video volume at a set price. Payments are held in escrow and released to creators when deliverables are posted, in accordance with the terms of each hire.

Content and usage rights

Creators retain ownership of their content except where usage rights are explicitly granted to a brand as part of a hire.
